Who She Was
Her Story
Angila Shannon Wilder, age 30, departed this life unexpectedly on Friday, Nov. 13, 2015.
She was born Sept. 30 1985, in San Diego. Angila attended and graduated from Russell County High School, in Alabama where she participated in marching band; playing the saxophone, completed seminary school with the LDS church and ROTC; winning a full Army scholarship for nursing to Alabama State University. Most recently she was attending Minot State University and was close to accomplishing her dream: to become a registered nurse.
A loving devoted mother of three children, she enjoyed interior decorating, travel, crafting and scrapbooking. Above all, family fueled her passions.
She is survived by: a daughter, Alexandria; sons, Nikolai and Christopher; mother, Linda Branch; father, Leon Hollenbeck; sister, Crystal (Gary) Morton; companion, Chris Jackson, who is her high school sweetheart and her soul mate; aunts, uncles and a host of cousins, extended relatives and friends.
