Her Story
Brittney Deylon Mills left this earth on April 24, 2015, to be with her heavenly father at the age of 29 years old. Her memory will be cherished by her parents, Barbara Johnson Mills of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Hansen B. Mills, Sr. of Galveston, Texas; daughter Kamille Mariama and son, Brenton Dalon Mills; sisters Dr. Tia T. Mills of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; and Carol Ridge of Dickinson, Texas; Brothers Roderick (Kesha) L. Hill of Alexandria, Lance A. Mills of Baton Rouge,Louisiana; Hansen, Jr., Melvin Mills and Lorenzo Murphy of Galveston, Texas; and special cousins Adrienne and Christine McCoy. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Louis and Lula Johnson and Louis and Mary Mills and sister Linda Mills. Brittany attended North Iberville High School and graduated from Second Chance Academy of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a former employee of Performance Engineering.
