Shyann was born on May 22, 2007, in Jones County, MS, to Michael Whatley and Lisa Deshae Walters. She was adopted by Tony Howard McLemore when he and her mother, Lisa, married.
Shyann was a loving part of Kelly and Kristy Speir’s family and was a loving mom to her daughter, Nevaeh Elisa Grace, and her sisters, Bella Waters and Harley Grace Walker. She was the beloved granddaughter to her paternal grandparents, Charles Monroe Whatley and Doris Moore Whatley, and her late maternal grandparents, Ted and Jean Walters.
Shyann was an smart, kind, and creative young girl. She was a member of the Restoration Christian Life Church of Taylorsville and was a faithful follower of Jesus.
Shyann will be remembered for her loving spirit, her contagious laugh, and her compassionate heart. She loved to sing and was very energetic. She was truly a blessing to all who knew her. Shyann will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
