rin Esther Uribe, 27, Lincoln, died Wednesday (3-30-11). Born (8-6-83) in Lincoln, Nebraska to Darrel and Cheryl (Walker) Uribe. Student – Southeast Community College. Erin had a whole hearted contagious laugh and a beautiful smile. She loved lasagna and hanging out with her friends. The love for her family never ended.
