Tabatha D. Baxley, 29, of Milton, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016, at Santa Rosa Medical Center.
She was a graduate of Milton High School, class of 2005. She received her CNA license at Locklin Tech, and was employed at Dominos Pizza in Milton.
Tabatha was preceded in death by Purvis and Betty Baxley of Milton; Wylie Toombs of Murfreeseboro, Tennessee; and her uncle, Mike Toombs of Tennessee.
Tabatha is survived by her son, Mason, and daughter Amelia. She is also survived by her mother, Lynn Baxley; her father, Pat Baxley; one brother, David Baxley; grandmother, Marie Toombs, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; two nieces, Ella and Tatyana; nephew, Liam; two aunts; seven uncles; and many friends.
