Her Story
Miriam Piwoz Goodman died suddenly and tragically with child at the age of 45, on Friday September 20, 2002.
Loving and devoted mother of Michael. Beloved and loving fiancee of Richard Robin Solomon. Cherished daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Seymour Piwoz of Elkns Park, PA. Loving sister of Ellen Piwoz of Anapolis, MD., Nina Markham of Englewood, NJ, and Dr. Julia Piwoz of Ridgewood, NJ. Doting aunt to Madeline, Jay, Eric, Sabrina, Daniel, Ava, and Georgia.
Miriam was a graduate of Hastings School of Law and a talented lawyer at Michaelis, Montonari and Johnson. Her passions were her family, Buddhism, and surfing, particularly the break at Malibu’s Surfrider Beach. We mourn our beautiful Miriam and celebrate her life and loves. Your love and spirit will remain with us forever.
