Her Story
Misty Michelle Horner of Lee’s Summit, Mo., died on January 9, 2007, at her home. She was born November 21, 1976, and raised in Independence, Mo.
She is survived by her husband, Caleb L. Horner of Lee’s Summit; her parents, Darrell and Gail Mansfield; sister Kimberly Park; brothers Timothy Pierson and Brian Pierson; her very best friend, Christina Moore, and many nieces and nephews, all of Independence, Mo.
Misty was employed by the Lee’s Summit Police Department as a Dispatcher for five years. She was a 1995 graduate from William Chrisman High School. Misty was very strong in her faith with the Lord.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Sydney Kay Horner.
Misty will be missed dearly by all. May God bless her.
