Klowie was born December 28, 2000 in Graham to Debbie (Daniels) and Donald Moore, Jr. She graduated from Jacksboro High School and was employed at Sonic in Graham. Klowie was a member of Country Road Fellowship.
Klowie was a very creative girl, she could often be found writing stories and creating art. She loved animals, especially horses. She enjoyed spending time with her best friend, Riley, her dalmation dog.
