Her Story
27 year old Charli lived in Makawao, Maui. She was the daughter of Kimberlyn Scott and Robert Scott, and the step-daughter of Johnny Pipkin. She was one of several sisters, including Brooke Scott, & Fiona and Phaedra Wais.
She was 5 months pregnant at the time of her disappearance. It was later ruled as a homicide.
She had 2 dogs, Zoey and Nala.
She worked at Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center and was working towards certification in cosmetology. She was looking forward to raising her unborn son, Joshua.
