Her Story
Raqué Antoinette Thomas-Webb died March 13th, 2023, in West Jordan, Utah due to post-partum complications with her loved ones by her side. She was born on July 29th, 1991, in Layton, Utah to Carolyn Alexander and Robert Lee Flague.
She grew up in the Salt Lake Valley, graduated from Taylorsville High School and then attended some college classes. From a young age Raqué found that she had a passion for pediatric dentistry. She worked hard and became a dental assistant. She absolutely loved children as she was a kid at heart.
On May 30th 2015 she was married to the love of her life Joshua Webb. Josh made Raque’s heart flutter and he was truly her Prince Charming. They did everything together and loved each other’s company to the fullest. He was even able to get her to love camping and the great outdoors, despite her extreme fear of bugs, especially spiders.
Her greatest aspiration was to become a mother. On August 14th 2018 she gave birth to a beautiful baby boy, Atticus, achieving her greatest aspiration. She went on to give birth to Artemis, her second baby boy on February 23rd, 2023.
When she was able to find time for herself, she had a great love of art and a huge passion for make up and nails. She loved hanging out with her friends and she also loved playing games with them. Whether it was a board game, a card game, or something in between she loved it all. Raqué was most certainly the glue that held everything together.
Raqué was a ray of sunshine and touched the lives of everyone she met. Folks would agree that she was the life of the party and saw good in every person she met. Positivity and love are the two things that she always brought to the table. She made friends easily and quickly, but the friends she made would be friends for life.
