Her Story
Christine R. Davis, 23, Shawnee, KS, died Wednesday, January 25, 2006 at home. Christine was born July 1, 1982, in Kansas City, KS and was a lifetime area resident.
Christine and Rudy were graduates of Shawnee Mission Northwest High School in 2001. She had attended Emporia State University. She had worked at Innova Associates for 2 years. She lived in Shawnee with her husband Rudy, who is currently employed at the Kansas City Harley Davidson Plant.
Christine was a loving, gentle person. She married her high school sweetheart last year. They loved each other so much. She loved children and planned to be an elementary school teacher. She and Rudy were expecting a baby boy in April. Christine died in her sleep without warning from Preeclampsia. All who knew her will remember her sparkling blue eyes and pretty smile.
She is survived by her husband, Rudy E. Davis, Jr., of the home, her parents, Steve and Ruth Storer, Lenexa, KS, brother, Andrew Storer, Lenexa, KS, grandfathers, Charles E. Storer, Cooperstown, NY and Clifford Bauhard, Prairie Village, KS and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
