Born in Princeton, WV, Haley was the daughter of Mary Holloway Carbaugh of Bluefield, VA and Danny Mitchel of Peterstown, WV.
Lil Ms. Evelyn was born Monday, December 30, 2019 in Roanoke, VA and was the daughter of Nathan Allen Billips of Bluefield, WV and the late Haley Marie Billips.
Haley was a 2012 graduate of Graham High School and loved being a Mother and enjoyed playing video games with her Mom. They are preceded in death by maternal grandmother and great-grandmother: Hazel “Tootsie” Pritt; father-in-law and paternal grandfather: Alfred “Bo” Billips; special family member: James Proffitt.
They will be lovingly and affectionately missed by parents and grandparents: Mary Carbaugh and husband, Mark of Bluefield, VA and Danny Mitchell of Peterstown, WV; husband and father: Nathan Allen Billips and his sons, Logan and Jaxon Billips all of Bluefield, WV; children and half-brother and half-sister: Brantley Proffitt and Taelyn Blankenship of the home; sister and aunt: Krista Mitchell and companion, Bobby Collins of Wytheville, VA; sister-in-law and aunt: Amanda Dunford and her son, Carter Billips of Bramwell, WV; paternal grandmother and great-grandmother: Darlene Mitchell of Peterstown, WV; step-brother and step-sister and uncle and aunt: Brandon Carbaugh and Sabrina Carbaugh both of Bluefield, VA; several cousins and a host of friends.
