Her Story

Michelle Meszaros, age 34, of Hudson, WI, passed away on December 4, 2024 after complications during child birth. Michelle was eagerly anticipating her new role as a mom, looking forward to the love and joy that her son Rainer would bring to her life. Her capacity for love extended even further as she made the selfless decision to be an organ donor, giving the gift of life to countless others.

Michelle was a force of nature, embracing life from day one with a larger-than-life personality that drew people to her. She was born on April 28, 1990 to parents Peggy and Michael Meszaros. She graduated from St. Croix Lutheran High School and went on to earn her associates degree from Northwood Tech and was recently enrolled at the College of St. Scholastica, diligently working towards her bachelor’s degree to become a social worker, with a special passion for helping children and young adults. She was most recently working for the State of Minnesota in Human Services. Her incredible compassion for others shone brightly in everything she did, reflecting her nurturing spirit and her unwavering commitment to uplifting those around her.

Michelle adored the extraordinary and had a flair for the dramatic, embracing the beauty of life in all its forms. She found joy in fishing, often losing track of time as she sat by the water. Her love for collecting rocks and crystals reflected her appreciation for nature’s wonders and her belief in the magic that exists in the unordinary. She was also a talented artist, who loved sketching and expressing herself through tattoos. Michelle reminded us all to appreciate the little wonders in life, always encouraging us to look beyond the surface and embrace our authentic selves.

Michelle is survived by her Fiancé Jon Davis; son Rainer; step children Mayva Murphy, Hailey Schroeder, Abby Coles, and Olivia Davis; parents Mike (Michelle) Meszaros and Peggy Meszaros; sister Miranda (Daniel) Wells; nieces Vienna and Emma; paternal grandparents Dianne and Gerald “Coke” Meszaros; beloved cat Doody Booty and dog Pretty; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Richard and Sue Dee; cousin Carson Bajenske; mother-in-law Linda Davis and dear friend Mark “Bubba” Weckwerth.
