    Her Story

Jordan Marie Perry-Speitel, 21, of Greenwood, and her unborn child, Baby K, passed away on November 29, 2025. Jordan was born on January 13, 2004, in Indianapolis to Jenny and Bryan Perry. She resided with her husband and pets in Kokomo.

Jordan was so full of life and vibrant energy. She was a shining light in every room she entered. Jordan never met a stranger and greeted everyone with a bright smile and a warm hug. Her laughter was infectious, and she had a bubbly personality. Jordan and Jake had recently gotten married and were looking forward to a bright future and raising children together.

Jordan had recently left Carmel Clay Schools Edu-Care where she was a teacher and doing what she loved, which was caring for children. She had left that position to pursue a new chapter in life as an RBT, Registered Behavior Therapist, to continue pursuing her passion. She began this journey at sixteen in the Honey Grove Education Center, learning and growing alongside the children.

Jordan loved the outdoors; she especially loved spending time with her family at their property in the country near Metamora. She also loved traveling, especially cruising, and she took many memorable trips with her immediate and extended family. Jordan loved sunsets, camping, fishing, deer hunting, riding the 4-wheeler and shopping of course. She also enjoyed spending time with their dogs Azula & Lasagna and her rabbit Moose.

Jordan leaves behind her loving husband Jake, her soulmate, that she married on October 24th of this year. Also left to cherish her memory are her parents Jenny and Bryan Perry, her sister Morgan Perry, her grandfather Joe Perry, her uncle Gene (Lisa) Gadient, cousins, Steven (Lauren) Gadient, Isabel Gadient, Leann (DJ) Lee, Katie Gadient, her aunt Debbie Roush, cousins, Suzanne (Josh) Collins, Tucker Collins, Cooper Collins, her Aunt Janet (Jack) Massey, cousins, Colt Anderson and Kinsley Anderson, all of whom will miss her deeply. Jessica Amber Cich, beloved daughter, mother, and friend, passed away at the age of 38, now at peace and reunited with loved ones in Heaven.

Born on November 21, 1987 to Stacey and Paul Cich, Jessica brought a free-spirited energy and a lively presence to all who knew her. Jessica had compassion for the elderly and dedicated time to caring for them as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She also had a love for plants and was certified in horticulture. A talented writer, she found comfort in expressing herself through poetry. She loved music, treasured time with friends, and found joy in carefree days outdoors with moments that felt like summer never ended. She would have been happiest as a mermaid, drawn always to the water and the warmth of the sun.

A passionate fan, she cheered proudly for the Minnesota Vikings and the FSU Seminoles. Growing up, Jessica spent her summers outside with her cousins, playing in creeks and lakes and getting into just enough mischief to make lasting memories. Those early days reflected the adventurous and spirited person she was, guided always by a heart drawn to freedom and fun. Above all else, Jessica’s greatest love was her son, Jackson. She cherished each moment spent with him and found happiness in watching him grow. Her love for Jackson was unwavering and will continue to live on through him. She also carried with her an unborn baby girl, now at peace with her in Heaven and forever remembered.

Jessica will be remembered for her vibrant spirit, her love of the water and sunshine, and the meaningful moments she shared with those closest to her. Like many lives, hers was not without its challenges, but she leaves behind memories, stories, and a deep love for her son that will continue to carry forward.

    Her Story

The Lord took ASHLEY and her unborn baby girl, whom she had already named Evelyn Jane, from us to her Eternal Home suddenly at the young age of 26 on April 18,2026, leaving a giant, painfully empty space in the hearts of her family and friends. Ashley loved intensely and lived fiercely! She was loved by everyone who met her, even briefly! Her smile and presence would immediately flood a room with light! Yet, Ashley “fought battles that some of us will never know with strength, courage, and determination. The battle that meant the most and hurt her the most was not being allowed to raise her son. That battle was breaking her heart and may have contributed to her early departure from our lives.

Ashley was fun to be with, a playful tease, the life of the party! Her many friends all expressed that life without her was unthinkable. Ashley loved caring for and playing with children: her son, her friends’ children, and all children. And the children were drawn to her and loved her like crazy! Ashley also enjoyed doing arts and crafts and doing theatrical makeup, but her passion was her family, and most especially her little boy, Malakai – to be with him, to play with him, to care for him, and to love him with all the intensity of her heart was truly what Ashley lived for.

Ashley Marie Vasallo was the 3rd of four children born in Miami, Florida to Jennifer and Esteban Vasallo on June 30,1999. Her red hair, (evident at birth), beautiful blue eyes, and feisty personality were clues of things to come. At the age of 2 she calmly held a parrot on her arm and helped to feed a baby raccoon, and when she was older she had a pet hedgehog.

Sadly, Ashley also suffered many difficulties in her short life; her parents’ troubled relationship and eventual divorce, a severe, life-threatening case of meningitis at the age of 9, abusive relationships with several men, especially the father of her son; all of which created an agony which was often too much to bear and which she had to find ways to bury in order to keep going on.

Ashley is survived by her son, Malakai Xavier; her Mother, Jennifer Marie Lyons; her older brother, Steven; older sister, Jessica and her son, Jaxon; younger brother, Christian and his daughter, Bryleigh; and her father, Esteban Vasallo. She is also survived by her grandmother, Rosa Corteguera and her husband Armando Puente; and grandparents William & Charlotte Lyons.

Ashley’s family is devastated by her loss, yet they know that she trusted in Jesus as her Savior and that He has ended her suffering.

    Her Story

Marisa Ellen Johnson-Dyson passed into eternity on the morning of October 10, 2026 at age 33 years and 11 months. Heartbreakingly, Marisa did not make this journey alone; she was joined in passing by her beautiful unborn baby boy, who was eagerly expected in January.

Marisa was born on November 11, 1992, to Phil and Arlene (Garber) Johnson of Quinter, Kansas. Marisa experienced heartache often at an early age with the loss of her mother Arlene to cancer in 2005 and the loss of her father Phil in 2023. After the passing of her mother in 2005, Marisa and her brother Justin moved to Waverly, Kansas where they lived with their grandparents Donald and Ellen Garber and their aunts Sarah and Rachel. Marisa graduated from Waverly High School and then spent the next several years working in the Quinter area. Marisa publicly expressed her faith in God on March 7, 2010, by receiving baptism through the Old German Baptist Church New Conference in Lawrence Kansas. Marisa attended different fellowships throughout her life and always enjoyed her times spent in worship.

Marisa lived and loved passionately, and we will always remember her in that way. She was passionate about her family, pets, friends, mental health awareness, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Awareness, riding motorcycles, and giving to others. We will remember Marisa for always showing up with food or wine when the timing was right, and every time we have Stella Rosa in the future, we will think of her laugh and smile. Marisa’s passion for mental health was reflected in her involvement with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and her advocacy for mental health education. Marisa also enjoyed working in elder care as a CNA, as a waitress, in the screen-printing shop with Ryan’s family, and as a photographer. Marisa enjoyed spending time outside tending to her garden, her flowers, campfires, and fishing with her family.

Marisa was joined in marriage to Ryan Dyson on May 1, 2021 and moved to Wabash, Indiana. Through this marriage, Marisa became “Bonus Mom” to Ryan’s two children Eden and Samuel, loving and caring for them as her own. In 2026 Marisa received news that she had prayed for through most of her adult life: she was excited beyond belief and in September 2026 she shared the news that this baby would be a boy, due in January, 2027. On the morning of October 10, 2026, Marisa climbed on the back of the motorcycle and started her last ride. Marisa had shared a photo the night before of a beautiful sunset from the back of the bike and we trust that she is now in a place that knows no sunsets, holding her baby boy.

Marisa was preceded in death by her parents Phil and Arlene Johnson, grandparents Orville and Evelyn Johnson, and Grandfather Boyd Johnson.

Marisa is survived by her husband Ryan and his children, Eden and Samuel of Wabash, Indiana; brother, Justin and Jessa Johnson and their daughter, Nelle of Collyer, Kansas; father and mother-in-law, Chris and Bev Dyson of North Manchester, Indiana; sisters-in-law, Crystal Dyson, of Roann, Indiana, Kayla and Trevor Brovont, of Silver Lake, Indiana, and Ashley and Levi King, of Urbana, Indiana; grandparents, Donald and Ellen Garber of Waverly, Kansas, and Robert “Bob” Bowers of Silver Lake, Indiana; aunts and uncles, Raymond Graybill of Mexico, Indiana, Mark and Cheryl Garber of Waverly, Kansas, Lynn and Esther Cardin of Waverly, Kansas, Josh and Rachel Wray of Pomona, Kansas, Juanita (JJ) Moore, Winters, Texas, and Jonathan and Sarah Kessler of Davenport, Nebraska, whom she considered her second Mom and Dad; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends will feel the gap that Marisa will leave in her passing.

Marisa met her God while doing one thing she loved and one thing she had always dreamed of: riding on the back of a motorcycle and carrying a precious life inside her. We mourn Marisa’s passing but trust her soul to the care of a gracious God. In death Marisa is fulfilling her dream to hold her child in her arms. She would want all of us to hold dear those people we love while they are alive.

Marisa would want all of us to remember her fondly, but to follow the advice she believed and lived: “Don’t look back, we aren’t going that way.”

    Her Story

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Arely Aragonez Dominguez, a beacon of love and friendship, passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 22 along with her unborn baby (Azealia/Malcolm Aragonez-Fielder).

Born on March 26, 2003, in Show Low, Arizona, to Javier Cecilio Aragonez and Isabel Dominguez, Arely’s life was a vibrant tapestry woven with the threads of wisdom, kindness, and an unyielding passion for the natural world.

A graduate of Northern Arizona Academy, Arely was known for her radiant smile and her gentle spirit. Her spiritual nature guided her through life’s journey, and she found solace in the beauty of the music she adored and the lush landscapes she so often explored. Arely’s love for her loyal dog, Cubby, was a reflection of her care for all living things.

Arely’s untimely departure, following a car accident in Shumway, Arizona, has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she touched.

She is survived by her loving parents, Javier Cecilio Aragonez and Isabel Dominguez; her devoted boyfriend, Jarred Fielder; her brother and his wife Adrian and Rayanne Aragonez, and her sisters, Jessica Aragonez (Rafael Casanova), and Brenda Aragonez (Jeremy Jensen).

Her life was further enriched by the joy she found in her niece and nephews: Isabel Segura, Adrian Ariel Aragonez, Ismael Aragonez, Rafael Casanova, Javier Aragonez, and Elias Boone Jensen. The love and wisdom imparted by her maternal grandparents, alongside a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, will remain a testament to the family’s strength and unity.

In her brief time with us, Arely embodied the words of philosopher Lao Tzu, “Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” This quote encapsulates the essence of Arely’s life-her capacity to love and be loved provided her with an extraordinary strength and courage that she shared generously with everyone around her.

Arely will be remembered by her friends as the epitome of wisdom beyond her years. Her advice, always delivered with sincere friendliness, often seemed to echo the clarity of the natural world she so adored. Her spirit, now as free as the melodies she once cherished, leaves a legacy of love and the gentle reminder to cherish every moment.

As we say our goodbyes to Arely Aragonez Dominguez, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit will continue to inspire and guide us, just as the stars guide the travelers in the night sky. She was a loving soul, a friendly presence, a wise counselor, and above all, a cherished daughter, sister, girlfriend, niece, and friend. Arely’s memory will be lovingly enshrined in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”profile-links-header”]
