    Her Story

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Makyla Sharay Perry was born February 26, 2009 to Natya Perry. Makyla attended high school at Jackson Central Merry High School in Jackson, TN where she was a sophomore with honorable grades.

She was preceded in passing by: her great-great grandmother, Birda Sorter and great grandpas, Hosie Sortor and Willie Earl Sturdivant.

Makyla Perry loved life. She believed every day was meant to be filled with joy and a good time. She liked spending time with her many friends.

Her mother, Natya Perry spoiled Makyla for fifteen (15) years. She was truly a Princess. She loved spending time with her little sister and her great grandmother, Patria Coyle-Sturdivant. Makyla also cherished the family outings with her mother, Natya Perry; her mother’s spouse, YaShannon Walker; and her baby sister, Paelee Perry.

Makyla Perry leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Natya Perry, her father figure, YaShannon Walker; her sister, Paelee Perry; her great grandmother Patria Coyle-Sturdivant; her grandmother, Tangular Cooper; her grandfather, William Cooper (Sandra); her aunt, Shanae Cooper; and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends that loved her.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”profile-links-header”]

    Her Story

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”profile-story”]Twila was the beloved daughter of John and Betty Doering. Growing up, she was athletic and full of life and enjoyed swimming, fishing, archery and playing softball with her team where she was the catcher and pitcher. She also loved animals and had a special way with them. She adored caring for her nephews, and was especially fond of the youngest, Zach, whom she babysat when he was a newborn. Blue was her favorite color, and she enjoyed making small crafts like necklaces and bracelets which she’d give to family and friends.

She fell in love and married James Wiley, and later was thrilled to find that she was expecting their first child. Then, one night she disappeared from home. Her body was found at a local park the next day. She’d been shot in the head, but after further investigation, it was discovered the crime scene had been staged to look like a suicide. James, her husband, was eventually arrested along with his brother, Michael, for her murder.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”profile-links-header”]
