Her Story
Bridgette Anne Dominguez, age 30, lifelong resident of Las Cruces entered eternal life on Monday, April 7, 2014 at Mountain View Regional Medical Center along with her unborn son, Angel Romero. She was born April 3, 1984 to Eric Matias Dominguez and Mary Anne Garcia.
Although Bridgette’s life was taken from her at a very early age, she left a beautiful and lasting impression upon the hearts of those who knew her. Bridgette attended Hermosa Heights Elementary, Lynn Middle School and Mayfield High School. She was a loving, proud and caring mother of three boys and loved them more than life itself.
Those left to mourn her passing include her three sons, Eryk I. Rojas, age 11, Don A. Rojas, age 7, and Carlo J. Rojas, age 1; a brother, Alfredo Dominguez and fiancé Nancy Molina; two nieces Eryka A. Dominguez and Alexandra Molina all of Las Cruces; her sister, Stephanie McCarthy of Colorado Springs, CO; her grandmother, Vicenta Dominguez also of Las Cruces. Aunts, Darlene Chavarria and husband Ricardo of Ocean Springs, MS, Arleen Tavulares and husband Steven of El Cajon, CA and Catina Beck and husband Jerry of Las Cruces. Other survivors include numerous great aunts, great uncles, cousins and many friends.
Bridgett was preceded in death by her father, Eric on August 29, 2001; her mother, Mary Anne on August 18, 2011; a sister, Sara McCarthy on October 28, 2003 and her grandfather, Jesus C. Dominguez.
