Polverelli, 25, of Granville, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Albany Medical Center, unexpectedly, due to complications from bringing her daughter, Elle Elise, into the world. She was born April 22, 1987 in Glens Falls, the daughter of Mark and Donna (Laware) Polverelli Sr.
Survivors are her parents, Mark and Donna (Laware) Polverelli Sr., of Queensbury; her sister, Lisa Colvin and her significant other, Corey Brown of Hudson Falls; her brother, Mark Polverelli Jr., and his wife, Danielle, of Queensbury; her significant other, Chris Lehoisky of Granville; her beloved children, Alexis Polverelli Lawrence, Carter Lehoisky, Lukas Lehoisky and Elle Elise Lehoisky.
