She is survived by “My Prince Charming” Nathan, “My Eager Angel” Ally (age 10), “My Pure and Righteous Boy” Chase (age 8), “My Little Cuddle Bug” Jake (age 6), “My Fun, Spunky, Fire Ball” Nyomi (age 3), “My Adorable Doll” Mya (age 1).
She is preceded in death by her son “My Saint” Luke.
Also surviving are her Parents; Michael & Patricia J Tazelaar, Sister; Audrey Merrill, Brother; Michael Tazelaar jr. and Step-brother; Thomas Filardo.
