(Lambkin) Sullivan, 30, passed away tragically alongside her two cherished infant children, James Michael and Elizabeth Joanne, on Friday, December 27, 2024, at UMass Memorial Medical Center, Belmont Street, Worcester, following an unexpected medical emergency at home in Rutland.

Born in Quincy and raised in Canton, Ciara was the beloved daughter of Irish immigrants, Stephen and Patricia (Ward) Lambkin. For the past seven years, she made her home in Rutland, where she built a life filled with love and purpose.

A proud graduate of Canton High School, Class of 2012, Ciara continued her education at Assumption College in Worcester, earning a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication. She later earned a master’s degree in Homeland Security with a concentration in Emergency Management and GIS at Northeastern University in Boston. Dedicated to helping others, Ciara worked as an Emergency Management Specialist in Region One for FEMA for the past four years. Earlier in her career, she served as a 911 dispatcher for the Shrewsbury Police Department and volunteered with the American Red Cross.

Ciara will be remembered for her boundless generosity, warmhearted nature, and unwavering love for her family. She found joy in the little things, like reading and completing jigsaw puzzles, and treasured family vacations in York, Maine, and Truro on Cape Cod with her husband Patrick and her best friends.

Ciara, James Michael, and Elizabeth Joanne leave behind a loving husband and father, Patrick D. Sullivan, a Rutland Firefighter.

They also leave Ciara’s mother, Patricia W. (Ward) Lambkin of Shrewsbury; her father, Stephen Lambkin of Stoughton; her brother, Alan Lambkin and his wife, Elaina, their three children Shay, Enzo, and Siena of Holden; her Mother and Father in law Michael Joseph and Linda Ann Sullivan of Rutland, brother-in-law, Thomas Sullivan, and his partner, Julianna Babcock of Leominster; many cousins and extended family members in Ireland; and her adored dogs, Mia, a German Shepherd, and McKenna, a Labrador mix.
