Talia Simone Borras, affectionately known as Tali, was born on September 15, 1994, in San Jose, California. She passed away on September 6, 2024, in Roseville, California, leaving behind a legacy of love and creativity.

Tali earned her culinary arts degree and became known for her extraordinary cooking and baking skills, which brought joy to many. Her proudest accomplishments included raising four beautiful daughters whom she adored deeply. Her first daughter, Elena Vida Borras, age13, is a sporty young girl who loves spending time with her friends & playing video games. Tali’s second daughter, Juliana Elise Hall, age 5, is a vibrant little girl who enjoys playing soccer and indulging in her passion for dress-up and singing Disney songs. The family welcomed fraternal twins, Mila Rose and Chloe Marie, on August 17, 2024. Mila, with her dark hair, showcased the family’s Hispanic heritage, while Chloe, with her light hair and eyes, reflects their English and German roots.

Tali shared a loving partnership with Justin Hall, who supported her through life’s adventures for over a decade. Their dedication & love for one another was palpable. She is survived by her parents, Joseph & Yvette Borras, and two sisters, Beata & Nina Borras. Her family will cherish the memory of her infectious laugh, remarkable sense of humor, and artistic talents.

A born-again Christian, Tali’s faith was an integral part of her life. She impacted the lives of those around her as a loving mother, dedicated partner, rambunctious daughter, joyful sister, and unforgettable best friend. Talia Simone Borras will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
